Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. VAT rate was not found for item xxxxx at VAT region zzzz error in RMS.

Hello Everyone,

I am facing issue while creating a new item in RMS. VAT is enables in the system.

I am getting the following error in RMS --> Item Supplier Country of Sourcing screen:

"VAT rate was not found for item xxxxx at VAT region zzzz"

After inserting all the necessary details in the screen and clicking on OK I am getting this error.

Could someone please let me know what exactly might be the issue.
