Re-send option

Hello everyone

My customer who is upgraded from 11i to R12 mentions that there was Re-send option (to re-send the dunning letter) to tick in 11i but can't find this option in R12.

Does anyone has experience about re-send the dunning letter in R12? Is there this option? I don't have experience in 11i but for R12 I have never seen it. Please advise.
