Getting ^M space issues in file psappsrv.ubb after building new doamin

Hello Everyone,

I am getting ^M space issues in file psappsrv.ubb after building new domain. This issues is same with creating and importing domain file and then creating. I tried removing the space characters but no luck after one bounce they comes back in the same file.

what can be done to resolve this issue. Moreover the domain which is up and running doesn't have such problem or issues with ^M spaces.
