How to Create Project Containing Only Customizations

What's the correct way to create a project containing all of your customizations (i.e., where LASTUPDOPRID <> 'PPLSOFT' ).

PeopleTools 8.53

Operating System: Windows

It looks like pside.exe has an undocumented parameter -LASTOPRID, but we've had a large number of OPRID change a variety of objects, so I'm not sure we can put the fields there.
