Build Payment Worksheet - Taking time to build

Hi All,

Our Production is in 9.1 and currently 9.2 upgrade is in progress and user is encountering an issue.

User is trying to build a payment worksheet in 9.2 test instance. After some time, this gets timed-out and the user is logged off from the system.

I tried the same in 9.2 dev and first time, I was also logged off from the system. Hence I setup an online trace and tried the transaction again however this time it didn't log off but the worksheet was built in 3 minutes which is too long.

Hence I researched the Oracle support site and saw the below issue logged:
