Finalizing an obligation in ALC order finalization form also processing similar obligations in ALC a

Hello Experts ,

When i try to "Finalize" a particular obligation record in ALC order finalize form in V15.0.1 or later, it is also processing similar obligation records automatically. Did anyone came across such issue ? or if anyone has fixed this issue please let me know.
