Upgrade Path for HCM 9.0 to 9.2

We are currently on PeopleTools - 8.53.07 and HR/CS 9.0 and planning to upgrade both HCM and CS from 9.0 to 9.2.

As per the PeopleSoft Upgrade Source Images Home Page (Doc ID 1552580.1), the upgrade source images available currently for HCM Unicode customers is 'HCM 9.0 to 9.2 (Through Update Image 9)' with PeopleTols 8.54.03.

What would be the upgrade sequence if we are planning to upgrade to the latest PeopleTools 8.55.13 and HCM 9.2 PI021?. 

PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) with the PI021 on 8.55 probably not an option as the upgrade source image is delivered in 8.54

Is this the right sequence?

1. Install HCM 9.2 PI09 with PeopleTools 8.54.03 as an upgrade source database.
