Enbale Sticky Session in Oracle HTTP Server

Hi Guys,

There is a requirement that I should enable "Session Stickiness" for following issue  ADF_FACES-30108: The View State Of The Page Has Expired Because Of Inactivity. Reload The Page. ( Doc ID 2044516.1  )" 

I am not able to find any document on how to achieve this, I have very less experience on HTTP Server, Any help would be really appreciated.
