You have encountered unexpected error-when accessing a menu under a responsibility for a particular

under a custom responsibility -A Menu(lease termination quote) works fine for all users and  only a particular user is facing this issue.

Word around till now:

  • set all preferences and profile option to default value for the user.
  • cleared cache using functional administrator role.
  • set fnd diagnostic option and got a error message in log :

OASevereException=oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.okl.ctrctmgmt.quotes.server.CMTermQteAM'.

let me know if there is any fix possible to this issue.
