Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. View Transactions for multiple operating units

We currently have a single OU and able to see all the Transactions on Collections Workbench for this OU.

if we create another OU, can we see all the Transactions together for both OU in a single collections screen?

For example, a customer account of OU1 has 2 invoices. Same customer, same account but different site in OU2 has 3 invoices.

With MOAC, can we see all the 5 invoices together at one go?

Or do we need to toggle between OUs and will see 2 invoices of OU1 first and then 3 invoices of OU2 in a different screen.
