PeopleTools 8.54/8.55 bug that causes issues with dates retrieved via PSQuery and output into Excel

Regarding reported PeopleTools bug that affects PeopleTools 8.54 and 8.55, which causes issues with dates (Different Query Results For Date Fields in Excel Output (Doc ID 2121355.1)), and is corrected in PeopleTools 8.55.12 :

The info below is from Oracle Support:

When downloading Excel output for a query, some dates may appear one day off in the Excel output. This issue is for date problems that do not seem to match the criteria described in Doc ID 2091597.1, which is specific to old dates and reports with more than 65k rows. This problem appears to be specific to the 'Excel' format and the new Apache POI libraries for PeopleTools 8.54.  - it does not matter if the query is scheduled or not, as long as it runs to Excel.
