Can We Run an Application Engine Program from a Tile ?

Hello All,

I have an BI Publisher report which is dynamic and changes from OPRID to OPRID. I want to run the BI Report from the FLUID TILE. The main reason is User Does not have any permission lists other than ESS.

The calculations for the report are too complicated that it cannot be given as a Pivot Grid.

Is there any possibility for this ? or Can someone suggest me a possible solution for this without giving the user an access to navigator ?
