ExcelToCI Error with Widows 10 Enterprise edition

I am HCM 9.2 PeopleTools 8.54.07. Just upgraded to Widows 10. Am now getting an error using an ExcelToCI we have used for years:

The error occurs in the VB function below and highlights the bold declaration statement

    Compile Error

    User-defined type not defined

Function sendSOAPRequest_SubmitToDB() As Long

    On Error GoTo doError

    Dim xDoc As DOMDocument

Anyone experience ExcelToCI errors after upgrading to Windows 10?
