How to turn on Supplementary Panel for the My Team Pages

We upgraded from PT 8.54 to 8.55 Pum 21. For our Demo instance I can see the Supplementary Panel on the My Team Pages but for our custom environment I cannot. The Supplementary Panel shows Related Information and Analytics. Is there security or settings or anything else that need to be turned on to see the Supplementary Panel?
