Is it possible to create the eProcurement Requistion page as Activity Guide without customization?

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Hello Experts,

My customer want to create an Activity Guide for the eProcurement Create Requisition.  I.e. Requisition Settings Page, Then Special Request Page followed by the Checkout Page.  I tried several options, but not successful in creating the activity guide, but I would like to know if there is a way or it is possible at all to create the activity id for the eProcurement Requisition page/component without any customization.
