'Error -Peoplesoft Servers' while Installing Peopletools 8.55 on windows 7

I'm trying to install Peopletools 8.55 on windows 7 using setup.bat, the gui comes up but when I click next, I get Error -Peoplesoft Servers. I can't find a log file. The only option is to quit out of the install. And ideas?
