Alert Definition, Receipients Source User List

Hi,

We are on 9.2 PUM 17.

I am attempting to create an alert looking at a User list (enterprise components> Events & Notifications> Alerts> User List Definition) from a query.

I've tried several different angles, but do not receive emails. I've run the same alert successfully using the User ID option on the recipients source, but come up short when I attempt a list using a query.

I've tried to just show the user ID, just show the email address associated to the user ID, both values, etc.

I'm not sure what I am missing... Anyone have luck with this?
