nVision Layout Across Multiple Ledgers

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

An user wants to create a layout using 2 different GL business units and two different ledgers.  However, one of the business units does not have one of the ledgers (ledger group) attached to it.  When running the report request, it errors with the message of an invalid ledger or calendar.  The below is an illustration of what the user wants to accomplish; return values for BU1 for both ledgers (ACTUAL and BUDGET and both are attached to BU1) and return no values BU2 for the ledger ACTUAL (ledger not attached to BU2) and return values for ledger BUDGET (attached
