RPM v16 launch issue

Hi,

we have installed RPM v16 with all the required components. Installation was successful without any errors/warnings. post signing the jar file we tried launching the application and we get below error.

Oracle Retail Web Launch Servlet - Error

A problem has occurred within the Oracle Retail Web Launch Application, please contact your system administrator.

let us know what could be the issue.
