Unreconciled external transactions are not showing on the book to bank recon

We are in the process of upgrading from PeopleSoft 9.0 to PeopleSoft 9.2. One of our users is looking at the Book to Bank Recon details for an account that unreconciled external transactions. These unreconciled external transactions are not showing in the Reconciliation Data for the account.

I've searched in PeopleBooks and on Oracle Support to see if I can find anything to indicate why unreconciled external transactions would not show on the reconciliation data, but have not been able to find anything.

Any information would be appreciated..
