Creating a confirm message box after an approver Approve or Reject a PO Requsition

Dear Procurement Guru,

We have a request from our business to prompt our Oracle PO Req approvers when they click on Approve or Reject button to open a window message stating " Please confirm your Action" then

let Oracle approval workflow engine to save the user's action.

Here is my questions:

   1- Is it possible to implement this request?

   2- If it is possible then what will be the impact to other oracle work flow processes?

   3-  Does anybody came across of such a request in the past?

I appreciate any feedback or suggestion that you can provide with this request.
