Invalid VAT Registration ID for france country.

Hi,

When a customer is trying  to enter a  validated registration id for France country ,it throws an error "Invalid VAT Registration id for FRA. The VAT Registration Id was not Validated for this country.Please check and update it again".

Please let us know if we have any fix with oracle .
