best way to migrate rac 11.2.0.3 standard edition to exadata 12c

Hello,

We need migrate Oracle Rac 11.2.0.3 Standard Edition to Exadata X6 with Oracle 12c enterprise edition.

What's the best way for migrate 11g standard edition running in Dell server to exadata 12c enterprise with low downtime ?

Oracle recommends these options, but does not say which works with the Standard Edition  and also does not say the source version....
