Debug break within App Class code used as a Related Content - App Class URL Type. Should this be wor

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

This is on Tools 8.53.12 (at the moment)

When I place debug break in the AppClass code of an AppClass used as a Related Content Service, the break is never caught.  Is this something that should be working?
