speed / performance of mobile app (Approval)

We have started to test mobile app for approval in our test environment.

EBS 12.1.3

DMZ enabled

iSupplier and eSourcing already working

Performance of mobile app is extremely slow in our environment. How is the performance for other customers who are using it ?

What is the way to find the bottleneck in performance of mobile app?

iSupplier and eSourcing work very fine via web browser, so its very unlikely that we need any changes on existing DMZ front. Any help is appreciated.
