We have FSCM 8.8 and HCM 8.9, both on Tools 8.52. Any reason to not upgrade to Tools 8.55?

We have FSCM 8.8 and HCM 8.9.  Currently we are on 8.52 Tools.  We'd like to upgrade to Tools 8.55 but leave Applications as is for now.  I see that Tools 8.55 is certified for our App versions.  Are there reasons to not upgrade to 8.55?
