Hi All,

Recently cn=Directory Manager LDAP root user password was reset and is affecting the OAM-OIM integrated environment. Is there any standard procedure to follow to update the new password in the integrated environment?

OAM Errors:

INFO: Pushed ldap name and types info to libOvd. Ldaps : OUDAuthenticator:idstore.ldap.provideridstore.ldap.

SEVERE: Failed to communicate with any of configured Access Server, ensure that it is up and running.

OIM Errors:

Caused By: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: Error: INVALID_CREDENTIALS

LDAP Error 49 : [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials] [Root exception is oracle.ods.virtualization.service.VirtualizationException: oracle.ods.virtualization.engine.util.DirectoryException: LDAP Error 49 : [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials]]

Howdy, Stranger!
