Throttle web connections using Apache 2.4 in weblogic 12.1.3 (PT855)

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Team,

Anyone has any idea how can I limit the web connections to a specified limit using Apache 2.4 as RPS and weblogic 12.1.3 as actual web server. Please share details if anyone has done this before.

Linux (RHEL 7.2)
