Cursor jumping back to start of the field

Hello,

I know that this has been discussed in the community before but I was wondering if someone can give me a bit more guidance. We are using HCM 9.1 and the IE9 browser and from previous comments I found that I could stop the cursor jumping by editing the settings in 'My Personalization'. Access to 'My Personalization' appears to be via the 'PeopleSoft User' role. My company cannot give all staff access to this role for security reasons. is there any way that a sysadmin user like myself can amend another user's Personalization settings without allowing them access to the
