GLPCLOSE errors due to missing chartfield in chartfiled table. Do we need to do undo close before f

Hello,

When we are running GLPCLOSE for year end close and the process goes to error and states that the request completed successfully but was in error.  We have several errors but the issue is due to the chartfield not listed or inactivated in the chartfield table.  This is a list of the errors we have received:

FUND_CODE XXXXX is not found in FUND_TBL of SetID XXXXX

DEPTID XXXXX is not found in DEPT_TBL of SetID XXXXX

OPERATING_UNIT XXXXX is not found in OPER_UNIT_TBL of SetID XXXX

Is the correct procedure to undo the close before fixing the charfield and then running the close process again for these specific values?  We have been fixing the chartfield value then running the close process again without undoing the close process.
