Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. How to capture your customizations into Change Package

1. Created a change package using PUM image 21.

2. Applied change package to our development environment.

3. It is at manual step "Exporting Modified Package-MO Project".

4. We re-implemented the customizations that the change package overlaid into the DEV region.

5. Went back into CA and finished the change package and it "supposedly" re-packaged our customizations with items that we took out of PUM

However, when I take that change package and apply it to our next region, QUL, I ran it as MTP this time, the customizations are missing again?

How do we package it or what are we doing wrong that it doesn't' capture it?
