Mobile Approvals - Alert Require an Action

Hi

I'm in need of some guidance on how to setup Alert Require an Action notification in iOS Mobile Approvals.  This is where before the user open the Approval app, he/she will see an alert or number beside the app (if we have this function for Oracle Mobile Approval) to show users that they have something to action on the app.
