Help with installing PT855.12 on Linux with only one Linux user (customised)

Hi, I would be grateful if someone could clarify the correct procedure to use please to install the new pt855.12 on a new RHEL Linux 7 application and process scheduler server (no psoft on it yet) with the following requirements:

Install the PSHOME, tuxedo, oracle client, jdk, etc only (midtier, deploy only options) using our existing single ps admin user (and oracle user if we must). We do not need the additional newly delivered users created.

Just install all the s/w at this stage, not start any domains, as there is no database ready yet. We just want to configure the domains ahead of time, so they are ready.
