PeopleSoft AWE - eoawthread_status in "I"

Hello everyone,

I am having a issue with all of my AWE transactions. When i submit a AWE transaction I see my header record get populated correctly but the eoawthread_stauts in my XREF record gets set to "I" and no rows get created in either PS_EOAW_STEPINST or PS_EOAW_USERINST.

Any thoughts as to why the transaction is not moving through the flow?
