How to create seperate multiple ps_homes and domains on same host with dpk scripts

We host several PS_HOMEs on our servers, each with their own domains and sites running, connecting to different dbs.  Eg - the app and proc scheduler for test and uat may run in their own seperate PS_HOMEs on same host. How to we add additional completely seperate PS_HOMES and customized domains on the same server, after the setup has been run the first time? Can the setup script and puppet apply scripts be run multiple times for different ps_homes, or will each run of these just overwrite any installation/config already existing? We may want to add additional pshomes and domains
