Warnings in PTIAANALYSIS during Upgrade to Financials 9.2

Hi All,
I have seen part of this reported as a bug, however not sure what to do with the warnings that are created with the process PTIAANALYSIS before the Data Conversion?
Anybody has an idea how to act on this? Or are these warnings considered informational?
The AE Process itself runs to success.
Warnings in the log file:
