OIM 11.1.2.3.5: What is the best way to "Disable" and not "Delete" user on "End Date"

Hi Experts,

Please help and advise.

Product: OIAM 11.1.2.3.5

Topology: OIM-OAM-OUD

I have to disable a user and not delete if "End Date" is populated.

I am running scheduled job "Disable/Delete User After End Date", and the user is "Deleted" if end date is populated and reached.

I also know that if I make xL.UserDeleteDelayPeriod  value greater than "0", then the "Disable/Delete User After End Date" job will not delete but disable the user. But when the date of end date + xL.UserDeleteDelayPeriod is reached, "Delayed Delete User" job will "Delete" the user.

One solution I think, which I have to test is that I can make
