AP_APY1099 Unique constraint when processing multiple corrections

Has anyone been able to process more than one correction for a supplier, i.e. a box change and an address change, in one IRS file?  We encounter a unique constraint error in AP_APY1099 process after we made a correction to a supplier from box 7 to box 3 and a correction to the same supplier's address.
