We are on PTools 8.54.11 and trying to apply Legislative change for ACA to our Dev environment using Change Assistant.  Does any one know the solution?  Log File :   PeopleTools 8.55.09 - Application Engine Copyright (c) 1988-2017 Oracle and/or its affiliates.
