System cannot perform rounding adjustment to ledger

Hi,

I am currently working on Peoplesoft FSCM 9.1, and we are having an issue with a Journal that end in error:

"System cannot perform rounding adjustments to ledger XXXX for option Adjust Last Journal Line"

This Journal was created from another Journal to copy ledgers, the original Journal was created without issue, also this came from AP Accounting entries when we have foreign currency and we suspense to balance the Journal.

Is there any idea why this issue?
