PSQUERY Output as .CSV without column headers? Or BiP (PSXPQRYRPT) as .csv?

Hello -

I need produce a comma delimited file through a delivered process - Schedule Query or Query Report Schedule (BiP)

The output file cannot have a first row of column headers.   Is there any way to suppress that first row when running a scheduled query with output as file and format as TXT (our .csv)?

I can produce that result in BiP,  but my output options do not include .csv  (HTML,XLS,PDF,RTF)

Any suggestions that do not involve a custom process?
