Synching user from oid to fnd_user and people_f

Hi

We are implementing SSO for EBS 12.1.3. New users are synching from AD to OID and then to Fnd_user in ebusiness. The fnd user is being linked to 'Customer' instead of Person (from per_all_people_f) table. How can we make the new user link to the 'person' instead of customer. Is there provisioning template/profile that can be changed to indicate to EBS events to link user to Person and how can the data or person id be passed to the events so that correct person on the people_f table can be located?
