Payment Predictor method DTL_TLR algorithm not creating On Account Item when there is an overpayment

DTL_TLR algorithm is not creating OA Item for overpayments.

Receivables Options Page

Predictor Method Used – DTL_TLR and Partial Payments allowed.

Set up Financials >> Busienss Unit Related >> Accounts Receivable >> Receivables Options- Predictor Detail options

Any overpayment in excess of 5 USD should be  created as OA (on Account)

Navigate to Item List Page to check open Item balance against the customer

Accounts Receivable >> Customer Accounts >> Item Information >> Item List

Item balance = 477.13

Customer is enabled for Partial payment on Bill to Options Page. (Customer Component)

Customers >> Customer  Information >> General Information >> Bill to Options Tab.

Create an express deposit

Accounts Receivable >> Payments >> Online Payments >> Express Deposit
