Add 'COLLECTOR' as parameter to IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers

Hi, Can someone provide instructions on how to add 'COLLECTOR' as parameter to IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers so that we can generate Dunning Letters by Collector. Also,not seeing the past due credits listed on any of the accounts. Thank you.
