Need best practices for ProcessRecycleMemoryLimit parameter in PT 8.55.11

ProcessRecycleMemoryLimit feature was delivered from PeopleTools 8.54. Using ProcessRecycleMemoryLimit , we can recycle application server processing when Memory consumption reaches to a Threshold value.

Do we need to enable ProcessRecycleMemoryLimit along with recycle count?

Our client is upgrading application to 9.2 with PT 8.55.11. What are best practices in configuring ProcessRecycleMemoryLimit parameter?

is it recommended to configure ProcessRecycleMemoryLimit or optional?

In case it is optional, in which conditions should we configure ProcessRecycleMemoryLimit?
