Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Has anyone changed styles for SKUs established in the system?

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Due to wrong conversion, some of the SKUs under a Style (item parent) were created under a different Style with appropriate color and size diffs (that both parents share).

Business also identified that some of the SKUs have color and size under the current parent that do not belong the Diff groups associated with the Parent item to be.

Has anyone encountered this problem and how it was resolved ?
