Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In HCM PUM 21, there is a HomePage named "PeopleSoft Developer". I've been trying to understand how to create this and need some guidance.

1. I've created a NAV Collection with the CREF's I want to display on the HomePage.

2. Created a HOMEPAGE named "PS Admin" which now shows up in the fluid drop-down. Created as a CREF - Fluid Homepages

3. I've created a Fluid Page named "PSADMIN"

Now, here's where I get stuck. Trying to analyze how the PS Developer homepage and Tiles were created.....

In the Structure and Content, Fluid Structure Content > Fluid Pages > Developer Homepage, there is a CREF for "Security", there is a CREF like this:
