Replenishment Error - Supplier to Warehouse

We currently have a problem with the replenishment Supplier --> Warehouse, all purchase orders are being generated with the maximum stock configured in the system, even if the stock on hand is not due to the minimum value.

Example:

Item: 100410314
Location (virtual warehouse): 8931
Last Received: 08/03/2017 (DD/MM/YYYY)
Quantity: 1200
Repl. Method: M (Max / Min)
Review date: 09/03/2017 (DD/MM/YYYY)
Min Stock: 144
Max Stock: 564
Increment Pct: 100%

Although there were sufficient quantities in warehouse (1200), RMS generated a purchase order for the maximum amount (564). I attach an excel with the values of the REPL_RESULTS, ITEM_LOC_SOH and REPL_ITEM_LOC tables.
