All,

I am trying to troubleshoot FCM through the validation page. However, when I click the "Validate Test Schedule" button under close manager validation I get the message that another user is running the test.

I have tried to stop/start several time FCM/SOA and weblogic servers/services several times to no avail. Can anyone tell me how to fix that so that I can validate that all my FCM is working?
