India Local sale order form not displaying

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC)

India local sales order form not displaying order line details after booking the order.

When tried to enter tax details for the order lines from india local sales order form, no order lines are displayed for selecting and the lines are blank.

We recently upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4.

Anyone came across with same issue previously, kindly help with the same.

If Patch exists, kindly help with the patch No & Pre-requisites and patch details.
